This program supports families in Los Angeles County by providing food packs for children when available. Families may sign up using the form below to be considered for home delivery.
Food pack contents may vary based on availability and volunteer support. When a volunteer is available in your area, contact will be made using your preferred method.

Complete CCS Form.
All Home Food Delivery requests must be documented through the Client Care Support (CCS) Form. Once a household is referred for food assistance, the Program Coordinator must contact the Head of Household by email to arrange and confirm the delivery. Following the delivery attempt or completion, the Program Coordinator must complete a CCS Form and record all relevant information regarding the household, services provided, observations, and any necessary follow-up. Proper documentation ensures accurate recordkeeping, service tracking, and accountability for all Home Food Delivery services provided by My New House.
The Program Coordinator will contact the Head of Household using their personal email account and will copy (CC) the following:
The client's Casebook email address
The email correspondence should include all relevant delivery details, including scheduling information, delivery status, and any important notes regarding the household.
